Chinatrust Brothers Release Andy Sisco

The Chinatrust Brothers announced Tuesday afternoon that they have released starting pitcher Andy Sisco. Bryan Woodall will be promoted from the second team to take Sisco's roster spot.

Sisco made 11 starts this season after being signed in late March. He went 3-4 with a 7.55 ERA and a 1.92 WHIP. He struck out 62 and walked 28 over 53.2 innings pitched.

The 33-year-old has played parts of the past four seasons in the CPBL. He has a career record of 25-20 and an ERA of 3.73.

The Brothers will move forward with import pitchers Robert Morey, Nate Long and Bryan Woodall.

Sisco becomes the fourth Brothers import player to be released this season, and ninth to leave the CPBL in 2016:
