- Have a day, Chen Tzu-Hao! The 21-year-old center fielder went 4-for-5 and hit three home runs to lead the Brothers to the 15-2 rout of the Lions.
- The vaunted Brothers offense flexed its muscles early and torched Lions SP Hung Hsin-Chi for nine earned runs in three innings. They ended up pounding out 21 hits in the 15-run explosion.
- Brothers LF Chou Ssu-Chi had his best offensive game of the season, going 3-for-4 with a home run and knocking in four.
- Brothers SP Bryan Woodall was excellent this evening, tossing seven innings of eight-hit, one-run ball. He struck out three and walked one in notching his fourth win of the season.
- Brothers RF Chang Cheng-Wei extended his hit streak to 14 games.
- Lions rookie SS Chen Chieh-Hsien extended his hit streak to 15 games.
- The Lions have lost seven in a row, while the Brothers are undefeated in six.
- The Lions lead the season series 7-4.

Amazing stuff from the Brothers who clean swept the Lions who had been their nemesis prior to this series. Has the "Yellow Troopers" finally struck a balance between their pitching and batting? Although both Lin Yu-ching and Cheng Chih-hung still have to work on their consistency which I think the latter is caught in a situation where is he gonna be part of the starting rotation or from the bullpen?
