Game Notes:
- Lamigo's defense was sloppy tonight, committing three errors in total. Shortstop Lin Cheng-Fei, left fielder Chu Yu-Hsien and catcher Huang Hao-Jan each collected one error.
- With one man on in the top of the second inning, the MVP of the night, Lions veteran shortstop Chen Yung-Chi stepped up once again, hitting a two-run home run to give the Lions an early one-run lead. The away team never trailed again. Chen went 2-for-4 with two runs and three RBI.
- Lions rookie shortstop Chen Chieh-Hsien went 4-for-5 and scored twice tonight, tying his personal record for most hits in one game.
- Lions veteran relief pitcher Yang Chien-Fu notched his first victory since September 14, 2014. Tonight's appearance was also his 100th relief in his 14-year career.
- WIth the loss tonight, the home team snapped its eight-game winning streak as well as its seven-game winning streak in Taoyuan.
