- Guardians SP Scott McGregor picked up his first CPBL win, going six innings and allowing three runs on four hits, including two home runs.
- Guardians DH Hu Chin-Lung went 3-for-4 tonight with three RBI. His .319 batting average is second on the team to MVP Lin Yi-Chuan's .356 mark.
- Lions SP Liao Wen-Yang had a rough outing. Liao was shelled for seven runs in just 1.2 innings of work.
